Left for my usual LSD run at 6am. Today's Route is the home-UPR-Seletar Reservoir-MR with a combination of road & trails....( approx. 23-24km )
Met up the SGRunners gang, Ultraman, Carine and Brokenrunner at Old Upper Thomson on my return leg from Seletar. Time taken is abt 2hr 20mins......
I have not regularly updating my blog..WHY?
1) i have increased my week mileage to 60-70km.. thus, i have to spent more time on the road running..
2) Oso, spending the rest at SGrunner Forum and its shoutbox..chit-chating.hehe
