Vertical Marathon 2006!

Did my maiden Swissotel VM this morning, managed to sneak myself into the 10th position for my age category, 40-49!

It was a Nice experience.. hmm.. i think my energy efficient techniques for longer climb which adapted in my longer duration climbathon event may have slowed me down as the VM race is rather short.. so i need not to conserve too much. The leap n pull ( the stair rail) used by many other participants is faster !
