Self Myofascial Releases are good for lossening tight muscles and tendons (ITB, calf, thigh, piriformis glute and others)

My maiden role as a 4hr Marathon Pacer in this year's SCSM... not too bad for a rookie pacer ... brought the runners through the 42.195 km distance in 3 hr 58mins with 2 min spare to the Target 4hr!!!
